I purchased these trees on 9/4 and set them up the first weekend in October for the Halloween season. They were great for about 3 weeks, and now one of the trees just doesn’t work. It won’t turn on, won’t flicker, won’t do anything. To make it worse since it’s outside the 30 day window of purchase, Joss & Main won’t help at all. No refund, no exchange, no replacement, and no assistance with the manufacturer. If you’re going to spend this much money on a product, get it somewhere else.
