Hard to pull apart, base broke while pulling apart. Did not fit in the advertised storage bag for 9bft trees. Need new stand.

Tree is shorter than listed 5'. Some of the branches have flock on the underside. Terrible job wiring the lights. Not thrilled with the tree....

We love this christmas tree! It’s super easy to assemble, just need to take the time to fully fluff it out. It becomes fuller and fuller as you position and lightly bend its branches. It’s so beautiful in our living room. Highly recommend it!
