It is white white and the lights are a cool color unlike the picture that shows warm white lights.

The photo is misleading. The ends of each branch do not light up. There are lights on the branches that do light up. IT IS HEAVY, TOO HEAVY TO STAND UP ATOP MY ARTIFICIAL TREE.
