Horrible product! I have purchase six of these, one at a time, over the last several years. The first one’s seemed to last a while. The last one I purchased only lasted five months. The same with the prior purchase only lasting a couple months. Do not waste your money. So very, very disappointed.

We bought two trees about one year ago. One continues to stay lite and the other now is only dim and flickers. I love the trees they are beautiful. I like putting small seasonal ornaments on it the deck it out for a given holiday

i returned this item just because i didn't like the finishes. they overpaid my return as i'd agreed to pay for return shipping, and eventually Birch Lane billed me for that return shipping, and i didn't even have to dispute it. well done, folks... classy. will be doing biz again.
