The limbs are very loose and I had to use tie wraps to lift a section B branches. I didn’t return since it may have taken too long to replace. The tree has a lot of holes meaning not enough fullness compared to what is shown online. I used a lot of fillers just to give a better look. The tree topper has no plug in so I missed that and had to run an extension cord along the back of tree to plug in my light up star. Again more work to just look better

Beautiful tree! Everything about it is perfect. Love the different shades of green on the ends of the branches and the fact the center is a natural color instead of green metal. Easy to put together and I really like the different color choices. Great value!
