This snowflake twinkles! It is sturdy and well made. We hung it inside but it can be hung outside. I am most pleased with this product!

This is a great lighted "tree topper". We create a tree in our yard with lights, attached to our palm tree trunk. We put this on top of the "tree" of lights. It is spectacular. Very warm pretty light, not glaring. It has a faint shimmering glimmer. Just lovely. Our neighbors have commented positively several times.

The parts to this light appear to be sturdy but there is no indication in the description that you have to completely assemble this light. This is not what we were looking for and so we returned it
