Very disappointed in the tree and Birch Ln. I purchased the tree and when I received it I found that only the bottom tier was hinged although the description did not say that. I called and was given a partial refund. A few days later I put the tree up and did the fluffing and found it is not as full as the picture shows - in fact it is very sparce. Also the lights are not satisfying at all - you can see cords everywhere. I decided to return it but the return shipping is almost $20! I will never buy from Birch Lane again!
