Amulet Holiday Shaped Ornament (Set of 12)

Very nice, metal, expensive looking. I knocked odd one star because it should be a set of 12. There was only 1 single in the box. I contacted customer service not. Said the rest would be sent. I am still waiting. Have heard nothing further….??

Beautiful and delicate. Works with Christmas decorations or on its own any other time of year.

I've added some fresh herbs to this branch to make an over the door decoration. It provides a great base for attachment and a bit of gold to shine through. I like it, but not five stars worth. :-)

I received the wrong number of ornaments three separate times. I contacted the company each time via chat and was assured that the problem would be corrected as soon as I returned the ornaments that I received in error, which were the correct ornaments just the incorrect number of ornaments. Now six weeks have passed. I’ve returned the ornaments I received in air. I’ve not received the replacement of 24 ornaments and I have not received a refund.

This is the second time I have ordered this set of 12 item. Both shipped item has only been one item not the advertised set of 12. Very disappointed at this situation. Now, yet again, calling to see what needs to happen. There is a glitch with shipping and packing that is not helpful.

Unfortunately, this vendor Joss & Mann Listed this item sold as a ONE SET of 12 BUT sold /shipped this AS ONLY ONE pc from Wayfarer. The service rep refused to honor their listing and then wanted ME to pay for its RETURN. I needed to get through 3 people insisting this was not my responsibility. The listing is STILL WRONG to date. DO NOT BUY - NO RETURNS ARE FREE . They’re inclined to believe customers will buy and keep the items to avoid the fees. Shameful tactics, when deception and errors are imposed on consumers.

The listing is misleading. The leaves themselves are beautiful. However, it says that it is a set of 12 when in fact it is a set of 1. I even spoke with someone a Joss and Main and they (incorrectly) confirmed it was a set of 12. Now, I have to figure out a way to return. Extremely disappointed. My first time purchasing from Joss & Main. Not sure I will again.

This is super cute. I might order 2 more.
