Structured and streamlined with a textured twist. Warm cedar nettle wood forms clean lines to frame neutral, stone-toned seating.

It can be a bit challenging to order furniture online, but the Handa chairs showed up as described, carefully packaged, and they are quite beautiful. The lines are subtle, with a mid-century modern appeal, but they would work as well in a transitional or contemporary interior. I appreciate the attention to detail on these chairs… the simple, but effective tufting and slight wrap around of the upper cushion, and careful piping along the sides. The seat is a little broader than I thought (but isn’t that true for many of us!) but that makes for a comfortable seated experience. The neutral, tightly woven fabric in a light beige tone works with almost any decor or room color, and the walnut finish on the legs ties in perfectly with my dining table.
