Beautiful desk. Has a large lined drawer for pens. etc. The finish is textured like wood. Rounded edges so you don't bang your leg on the corners. Perfect size for my office. Easy to put together. Solid piece too but not like 1000 pound MDF. Great Purchase. Jody. Orange Park, FL. Wed Sep 17 2025

This desk is very grand feeling, and great quality wood too. Feels very sophisticated!. Mackenzie. Wed Oct 21 2026

Midcentury meets Shaker. Made from solid acacia and finished in a light, with an arched cradle base. Vary-sized drawers bring generous storage space to the home office.

Attractiveness 5 stars. Functionality 0 stars. Drawers are sticky, thus the round pulls are worthless for getting the drawers open. File cabinet hardware is set for legal sized folders. There could have been a simple solution, a small slit in the metal hanging devices that would accommodate letter sized folders, but no - very poor design. Also, the file drawers only open about 1/2 way, so files in the back are hidden. And, the drawer guides are extremely poor given the weight of the drawers. Save your money, as this desk was expensive! Keep looking and try other sites rather than Josh and Main! Also, the matching book case finally came with one of the doors broken. I requested a new door, was told it would be "coming soon" , but as I write this review the "coming soon" was about 15 days ago. So much for customer service!?!. Candace. Ellensburg, WA. Sun May 24 2026

Love love love this desk. I had been looking for a desk to create a home work station I searched many websites and saw many desks but ultimately I kept coming back to this particular desk. I did end up finding this desk on another site for twice the price. The quality of the wood. The sturdiness of the desk and the depth provide the perfect surface to display and use my computer and printer with still room to write things . I am very pleased with the drawer sizes -- papers/organizers/charge cords you name it can fit in one of the 3 drawers, they get deeper as they go down (just as you would expect from seeing the drawer sizes from the picture). This was the right purchase for our space and it was one of the first furniture pieces that we intend to keep for years to come. Very happy with this desk! White glove delivery also was amazing! The process was easy and the delivery service workers were punctual, efficient and paid attention to detail as they brought the desk into our space! All around i highly recommend this desk and the delivery experience, it is luxurious!!. Sapna. Tucson, AZ. Sat May 25 2024

The desk is sturdy, beautiful and definitely makes a statement in my office. A few pieces arrived broken (part of a drawer and the magnet for closing one of the cabinet doors) but Joss & Main handled my feedback quickly and to my satisfaction. The color is a bit more white-washed than it appears in the photos - still a lovely color in my opinion.. Isabel. Nashville, TN. Tue Aug 23 2022

This is a stunning piece — and it arrives pretty much assembled. Just be aware it’s super heavy. It’s super high quality and I’m so glad I ordered it.
