I I got this on white to compliment my indoor black and white modern wood dining room table with glass top. because i was short on space, i thought a bench against the wall would reduce the foot print of the dining area and save the wall from getting beatup by a rubbing chair. Even though this bench is heavy, you can still slide it without too much trouble on the travertine flooring that I have.
