These would be beautiful chairs... if they arrived intact and not damaged. One of 2 chairs in the first order arrived with major cracking in the seat frame and is unusable. My customer service was wonderful and they had replacements sent and delivered within one day. BUT, the two replacement chairs also arrived damaged and unusable.
