Very satisfied with this product! Needed bookcases with storage to fit 30.5 inch wide niches flanking our fireplace and these 70” tall x 30” wide units are perfect! Arrived in one piece and perfect condition. They are well-packed, and the delivery team was polite, careful and on time! The clean, modern “Parsons-esque” design looks great with our modern townhouse esthetic, and the cool medium brown stain enhances the light brown, warm grey, and medium brown tones in the wood. I like the bold wood grain, and character “knots” in the wood now that I see it in person, and the proportions of the thicker shelves and vertical supports gives these pieces visual weight and presence. The open “framework” of the shelves allows me access to the wall socket behind the units if I want to place a small lamp on a shelf, but I plan to place a wireless sconce on back of niche wall above bookcase. A quick shout out to customer service who graciously agreed to apply 10 additional discount after I placed order (hubs moved my discount postcard!).
