Josh & Main king bed. I don't trust this company. The bed was deliverd damaged. The box had no damage. I have heard from friends who have the bed that their beds came damaged in the same place on the headboard. It is obviously the way it is packaged. I ordered a new replacement headboard hoping it wouldn't come in damaged and a few days later, they canceled the order and said it is on back order. Who knows how long that will take and I don't trust them to make this right. I called and they gave me all kinds of awful options: They would send me return instructions meaning I had to take down the bed, box it up, and return it myself which is ridiculous and I said no; to keep the bed and they would give me a partial refund and I said no. I finally was very upset and demanded they come get the bed for free and refund my order. They said that they would put in that order which means that had been an option the whole time and I had to argue to get to that offer. I had paid for delivery, set up and the 3 year warranty on the bed. I will never order from Josh & Main and I am very skepticle about ordering from Wayfair as they told me I had to deal with the manufacturer on this broken bed and it ended up taking two weeks with many emails to finally get back to Wayfair who then helped me and made it difficult. 4 1/2 hours to put together!!!! The color ‘white’ on the website is more of a beige and the fabric looks almost linen-y. The hydraulic works well and there’s a ton of storage. Note that the base in the bed is not that sturdy and you won’t be able to put anything heavy in it. You absolutely will need 2 people to put this together. The bed sits much higher than what is shown in the photo. This bed does not sit like a lower profile/platform bed. The actual quality of the bed is great but the description was misleading.. We were looking for a bed that would fit under our window and there were not as many frames available under that height in the style we were looking for but this one fit perfectly. With a slight modification from our original plan. This bed was exactly what we are looking for. The description says the bed is a platform bed and no box spring is needed, while you can use this bed with just a mattress, I would recommend adding a box spring. We removed the bed slats and replaced with a 9" metal box spring. This accompanied with a 10" memory foam mattress leaves this mattress at the perfect height.
