The chair itself is really pretty. I did think that the overall material of it would be a little softer and less rough and imperfect. It did arrive broke, and they of course replaced it very quickly. However, I did have to ship back the broken chair myself, which would be much more convenient if they could just pick it up when delivering the new chair like most other delivery companies do these days..
