Overall - the sectional itself is great. Unboxing & Set-Up - both pieces are not too heavy to unbox and set-up (I did this by myself). Beautiful couch! It’s deep and BIG. Very soft and looks amazing. Unfortunately, I will be returning it. While the seat height is listed at about 19 inches. The cushions have zero support. It’s like sitting on a bean bag, you just sink in and have to crawl out. Not a bad thing if th at a what you want but personally need a little bit more seat cushion firmness. We purchased this product from Joss & Main store including white glove service and to our surprise when they delivered the Sofa they refused to assemble it for us per there is no instructions to do so. When we called the company they told us that the white glove service isn’t included so we had to reschedule for another day to do so.
