These counter chairs seem very nice and very comfortable. We just recently assembled them so I haven’t had the opportunity to sit in them for long periods but I think they will be super comfy. Very sturdy and soft to sit in with good back support (if you sit all the way back in the seat). They are a light grey (perhaps with just a hint of blue in the fabric) with a silver-tone foot rest. We had some issues with the order and couldn’t assemble the chairs with the swivel provided. Over a period of several weeks we worked with multiple people in customer service and everyone we spoke with was SUPER helpful and very polite. They seemed to understand the issue and worked with us until it was satisfactorily resolved. Because of this I would never worry about a purchase from Joss and Main. These are great looking stools for such a reasonable price! The are heavy, sturdy, and look gorgeous in our space. Not to mention pretty comfortable. I'd been waiting months for these to be restocked (and, mysteriously, renamed from "Ines" to "Jareth"-- why?) so I ordered within minutes of getting the "item back in stock" email. The color ordered was Blonde but the stools were identified as "Gray Brown" on arrival, which was a little alarming. The actual color is a light neutral (cerused wood?) with gray undertones and noticeable variations in the grain. One stool has a prominent streak of dark gray (see photo).
