These counter chairs seem very nice and very comfortable. We just recently assembled them so I haven’t had the opportunity to sit in them for long periods but I think they will be super comfy. Very sturdy and soft to sit in with good back support (if you sit all the way back in the seat). They are a light grey (perhaps with just a hint of blue in the fabric) with a silver-tone foot rest. We had some issues with the order and couldn’t assemble the chairs with the swivel provided. Over a period of several weeks we worked with multiple people in customer service and everyone we spoke with was SUPER helpful and very polite. They seemed to understand the issue and worked with us until it was satisfactorily resolved. Because of this I would never worry about a purchase from Joss and Main. The stools are beautiful. The fabric is soft yet "sturdy" and goes with everything. The stools are a little shorter (on the back) than expected and much lighter weight than anticipated (compared to the old stool you will see in one of the pictures). The color of the legs/seat are exactly what was pictured and desired. The packaging for the stools was amazing! High quality and packed with care! The fact that they came pre-assembled (no assembly required) was amazing! I wish they swiveled but for the look, price, and quality, these were the best stools we could find after 2 years of searching! The pictures do not do them justice! Well packed, comfortable and good quality. I liked that it is a little higher than some stools that sit at 23-24". No need for assembly is a huge plus. Good quality and looks nice. I hope we don't mess up the cushions from being sloppy though.
