Great dresser. The delivery was smooth, no issues there. There was some slight damage to one drawer (pictured). They offered to fix the issue however it seemed as if that would not be worth it and it would take quite some time. Regardless of that damage we really like this dresser. One issue is that the drawer-pull area sticks a little bit, but that could be a specific issue with this particular dresser. On the whole it is a very solid dresser, great color, great material. Would say that this is a fantastic piece of furniture however, not a good sign that the drawer front was able to be damaged in shipping. That means there might not be the most solid material there.. It came fully assembled with white glove delivery in room set up. It looks just as pictured. We purchased the mirror from another place. Overall the bureau is fine and sturdy. I did have some damage to the top of the bureau. It's more like a flaw. A four inch section of the top finish (from side to side) is missing so the finish is rough to the touch and you can see the difference. For 1400 dollars the item should be perfect. This dresser is beautiful with lovely beaded detailing that gives it an elegant look. Delivery was easy, and the delivery team took great care placing it in the room of our choice. The top two drawers have a light felt lining, which is a nice added touch for protecting more delicate items. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the drawers do not pull out very far, making it a little difficult to see everything stored inside. I’m currently using this dresser in my closet setup for items I don’t reach for every day, so the functionality works well for my needs.
