The chair's back height is noticeably lower than that of our sofa, and the seat cushion is just 16 inches from the floor to the top. However, we found the seat cushion's depth to be more than adequate. Despite these size challenges, we decided to keep the chair, and it now occupies a lovely space in our guest bedroom, where it looks right at home. A very cute chair, love the looks and soft material. Seems to be good quality. The only drawbacks are - it is a tad on the shorter side (but not terrible) and the price was very high for a chair that has a too firm seat - I expected soft and cushy comfort.
