Wrightia 5 - Drawer Dresser

Box arrived with some pretty bad punctures, but a lot of reviews said most furniture was double boxed, so we went ahead and opened it. Unfortunately we weren't that lucky and the piece had a lot of damage - looks like it was dropped. Dents, cracks, and a broken miter. Customer service offered us 25% off on a $700 purchase that is essentially unusable cosmetically - said that was maximum discount Wayfair policy would allow. Our other option was to return it for a replacement, but we'd have to repackage the 5-drawer dresser ourselves after it took a half-hour to get it out of the incredibly complicated original packaging and instructions on original box said "Don't use knife to open" so packaging is totally torn up. Bottom line - DO NOT order furniture from Joss & Main - they're just a storefront for Wayfair. The piece was the typical Wayfair poor quality and craftsmanship that can be tolerable, but not with the added damage.

The quality of the chest is good. Drawers glide well and feel solid. There was a lot of off-gassing, so I still have not placed any clothing in the chest yet as I am letting it air out.

Was a little damaged on the back but driver repaired quickly and I was satisfied. Chest is much sturdier than I expected and seems very well made, I am thrilled with the purchase.

Ordered in white. I was expecting a "Bright" white but it is more like "chalk white" which did not bother me. Delivery was amazing and the guys were very kind.

Item was delivered on time, well packaged. A nice piece for the money spent. Bought the Dresser and Night Stands as well

It’s a perfect fit for our spare room, nicely constructed and we didn’t have to assemble a thing. One downside is the off-gassing. It’s been several weeks and it still reeks, unpleasantly.

This is a nice piece of furniture. I was not expecting it to come assembled so I was pleasantly surprised. However, I did not unpack this until about a week later after receiving it and there was some damage on the upper side and corner of the chest. Looks like some separation of the top and side edge and it looks like it was dropped on the top corner. The product was well packaged and the box looked like it had no damage so this had to have been damaged prior to packaging. I am very disappointed that I would get shipped a damaged product. I have purchased from Joss Main twice before with no issues this is the first time I received a damaged product.
