Difficult install. Holes on bottom are not prepared making it difficult to attach base without drilling your own holes.

The package was missing assembly pieces. I now have chairs in pieces I can't assemble.

Color:Navy
These chairs were a great price and cute, but just did not hold up. We ordered a total of 4 chairs and they were constantly having to be tightened and reglued so the legs would not fall off. The blue paint started chipping after about a few months. I do not recommend these chairs for everyday use. Especially if you have kids that will be using them.

Have only had them for 6 months and one of them broke when sitting it in. They are not sturdy and very poor quality, would think a chair should last more than 6 months. I reached out to customer service to return or replace the item and since it was over their 33 day return policy and I didn't purchase a protection plan I was told there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed in the quality and resolution that came of this situation. Spend the extra money and order from higher quality companies.

Color:Off-White
I like the chairs and they seem sturdy but I ordered the color off-white, which was also described as a soft white and what I got was a very light gray color. I know colors can be risky to buy online but I thought off-white was pretty safe. My kitchen has various shades of off-whtie and it all goes fine but these chairs clash - definitely gray tone. I'll have to return. Photo on right shows top shiloh chair compared to off-white trim piece I had. Chair on left is off- white chair of mine, right is Shiloh chair.
