Absolutely beautiful chairs. If you don’t mind the chords.

Comfortable recliner and a great deal for the money. It looks great in the room, but remember to keep it near a plug or a wall to hide the cord! I was able to put most of it under the rug, so it looks great

We were shopping and not even looking for furniture, but came across this in the store and it matched our dining room leather chairs perfectly (the two rooms connect) and we found the chair to be extremely comfortable and a very good price. We asked for a quote and went home and thought about it and ordered it the next day. Shipping was extremely quick. We received it within two days. We did have to put it together, but it was very simple. The base is quite heavy though and FedEx only delivers to outside. So keep that in mind you’re gonna have to get it into your house and in place. The quality of the chair is good. I did buy a five-year protection plan because of it having a motor. I didn’t take any stars off the rating of the chair because the chair is great and I would highly recommend it, but I would think twice about purchasing again from Wayfair company. We’ve purchased several items from them throughout the years and every time there’s an issue with anything it is a hassle to deal with their customer service. I contacted customer service because the day after I purchased this it dropped in price and I wanted a price adjustment. After spending 40 minutes talking to customer service they informed me that they don’t do price adjustments. Well, why did you waste my time and yours? You could’ve said that in the beginning and we both would’ve saved a bunch of time. After asking for them to escalate to their management, I did get a price adjustment. But a few years ago, we purchased a Christmas tree, which came broken. It was a nightmare to get it replaced. So while they might have some really nice things, I hesitate purchasing from them. But the recliner is extremely comfortable and seems to be decent quality.
