Worst quality. Insert nuts come loose and half of the hardware is missing

Easy to assemble but the box and leather had a fowl smell

I love the look of these. They are a bit lightweight and the leather is thin covering over what seems like cardboard, so will see how they wear. Overall though great look and comfortable.

I ordered 4 of these in counter height, but pretty sure I got bar height. I can still sit comfortably below the island top, but feel like someone bigger might not. These are super rigid - they feel like leather stretched over a hard plastic. They’re not at all plush or padded. I don’t mind this was just surprised. I’m glad that they’re 100 leather most importantly, which can be hard to find at an affordable price. Using these in an air BnB, so they need to last.

The quality is terrible, but I was willing to wait for our full order to arrive, in case our first set was a fluke. We ordered 2 sets (2 chairs/set), when they were both in stock on February 16th, and had to wait a month for them to arrive. When our delivery date came, March 16th, only one set arrived (both sets were supposed to be delivered that day). After contacting customer support that same day, they told me that the rest of the order would be delivered by Friday (March 19th)... So not only did the representative blatantly lie to me, the new delivery date was pushed to mid-April, and now to end of July. I would've returned these sooner if I knew that the second set wasn't going to arrive within the return period. I followed up with customer support on March 20th about the second set with no response. These chairs are not worth the hassle nor the price. If you're looking for chairs that will last, these are not it. The leather is very thin and incredibly dry, not at all pleasant to the touch. Leather wasn't dyed evenly and was coming undone right out of the box. Hopefully I'll still be able to return all 4 chairs if the second set arrives in similar condition to these ones. Color/dye job is unattractive, but we were willing to settle because we desperately needed counter stools by April...
