Table design is great but table chipped in several places

Purchased this table for a client and was really happy with it! Also loved that is came with white glove delivery.

EDIT now that I’ve had this table for a few months I’m editing my review and updating to one star. The top of this table is NOT sealed at all. We put down a bowl and some olive oil was along the bottom of it—now we have a greasy stained ring on our table. It also scratches VERY easily. Wish I could return this. This table is very stylish and in person is more of a grey color. The top seems to scratch fairly easily, but is solid wood, so could always be refinished later down the road. It seems like a table that will last for many years and is overall sturdy. It’s a great size for our breakfast nook and comfortably seats four. Strangely enough, the box it was shipped in smelled awful — we were afraid the odor was coming from the table itself but after we moved the box to the garage we only smelled it in there.

This is an absolutely beautiful solid wood table and definitely worth the money. Please note that the table is not sealed, so is prone to stain and water marks. It also has a gray wood stain. However, these points not necessarily a negative as you can stain the wood to match the wood tones in your own space, then seal it, without minimal additional prep work. This is what we are doing with our table which works us as it was difficult to find furniture that worked cohesively in our open concept space.
