Nice comfortable chair. Very industrial looking, but still modern. Doesn’t roll very easily, but not an issue.

Chair was not adjustable and is really short so doesn’t fit at a normal height desk. Returning to find something that actually adjusts

Love this chair. Was easy to assembly, is built well and looks great. Only drawback is that it does not raise and lower and sits a little low. Still wouldn’t trade it - love it.

It's a nice looking chair, but I've not had a good experience with it so far. After my initial purchase, in only a month the chair started to squeak. After inspection, it seems that the rotating section of the chair is not packed with the sufficient amount of bearings, and oiling these did nothing. I was sent a replacement; however, about 3 months later I had an entirely different problem with the new chair. This time, at least one of the casters began spilling the bearings one by one onto the floor every few days. Upon further examination I noticed the caster had not been screwed in straight or hadn't had a good enough thread to hold it in. This is potentially due to the offset between the roller and pin. I've since ordered a replacement bottom, but have yet to receive this piece. As of today, I don't see anything in my que waiting to be sent or on the way, so I will need to contact customer service again this week, as I've wrapped one of the casters in electrical ape to keep it together.

Do not buy this chair if you want to sit in it! In less than 6 months the arms have bent one of the wheel rods is bent, it squeaks and squawks like a dying bird. Its total junk. (My husband used it in his office and he is 165lbs). We have tried to contact Wayfair repeatedly with the issues, they never respond. Be forewarned you are not saving money with this chair, you are throwing money away!
