Beautiful desk, came with a few dings/ scratches but the company stood behind it. Looks very sturdy and professional!

The desk itself is nice and easy to assemble. However, it arrived damaged and despite the best efforts of the repair person, the issue couldn’t be fully resolved. It’s not worth the hassle to return and the desk works overall. Customer service was helpful so I’ll Joss & Main/Wayfair another try even though my first purchase from them didn’t go perfectly.

The first desk I received arrived chipped. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was poor. The live chat kept disconnecting, and when I finally managed to call, the representative mentioned they would order a replacement top for me. However, the following day, I received an email stating that no replacement tops were available, necessitating the shipment of a new desk altogether. I was left to dispose of the chipped desk by myself. I ordered three pieces from this collection, two of which were delivered with white glove service. Conversely, the desk, delivered by FedEx, required separate assembly, for which I had to incur additional costs. I wish Wayfair’s service was more consistent.

Loved the idea that I can use as a desk or since the legs are inset so you can pull chairs around it as a table

Wood grain is artificial up close. Faux Shagreen appears obviously faux. Arrived insufficiently packaged so was damaged. Easy to assemble. Had it for a month now and it still has an odor. Nice enough to keep around not exactly
