I love these two genuine leather chairs. They leather is soft and supple and swivel for both watching tv and have conversations from anywhere in the room. The seats are deep and so comfy. They’re just what I was hoping for. Im so glad I bought two. As for delivery. Both chairs were on hold for 2-3 days and no one seemed to be able to give me an accurate delivery date. The last agent promised next day delivery. As she was speaking on the phone with me the deliverymen knocked at my door with the chairs. They did as little as possible to help get them to garage door at front entrance where the truck was parked. Instead they put both boxes at from door and I had to use garage to get into my house. I unpacked the chairs outside and rolled them in on the swivel A happy ending to a frustrating week of FedEx

It’s perfect for a corner in my kitchen by the fireplace. I just added the foot stool. While it seems small, it fits both my husband and I perfectly. He is 5’11”, I am 5’5”. The leather is beautiful and the color is rich. Love my new chair.

The two leather chairs arrived on time. I found only one scratch on the leather. After sending photos to customer service and speaking to a Josh and Main representative a repair has been scheduled. The service window is 4 hours . After waiting four hours, I would suggest that a phone call or text the day of repair to give an approximate but closer time of the repair person’s arrival would be appreciated by customers waiting at home. Repairman did arrive half an hour after the four hour window. Repair was nicely done.
