Marais Upholstered Ottoman

Honestly terrible, paid $900 and the base of this doesn’t even stay screwed in and it came with a hole in it. Truly going to try and get some of my money back.

Love it !!! Larger than I expected

The bottom metal piece came partially detached. Most of the screws were falling out and when we tried to reattach, the holes were striped so you couldn’t even re screw the screws back into the top piece. The “leather” is a cheap material that scuffs immediately. It came with white marks already on it and they don’t wipe away. Not super impressed for the $1000 price tag.

Horrible!!! The package arrived with the very heavy metal base ripped out from the leather ottoman top, only one or two screws remained trying to hold the base in. Several screws were loose in the packaging. We tried to reapply the screws after unpacking, but most of them were already stripped out, if that wasn’t bad enough one of the seams on the side of the ottoman is starting to spread open. It seems like if they invested enough money in the packaging it would’ve been a very nice ottoman. I’m not paying $900 for something that is ripped and has a base that can’t be reattached. Looking for wayfair/Josh in Maine to make this right .

The color was very different than pictured. We ordered brown, not the dark brown. In the images the lighter one is more of a saddle or pecan shade but the one we rec'd is dark chocolate. The invoice included in the shipment is correct so we awaiting customer service response to determine whether or not the item is wrong or not represented well in the photos.

Pads on bottoms are all cracked and broke off but otherwise it is beautiful! The leather is soft.

Absolutely beautiful. So many compliments and very rich looking. Leather is high quality. I waterproofed my leather for any accidental spills.
