When I received these stools I realized they were too big. When I went to do a return I was informed that I would be charged $61 for shipping the two chairs back. I then started an online chat with a sales associate and explained that I made an error and requested the $61 to be reduced or waived, I received a snotty response that shipping fees can not be waived due to my “buyer’s remorse”! I thought this was an extremely unprofessional statement and I informed them that I planned on purchasing different chairs at Joss and Main but after that response I will no longer shop with them. I plan on passing along this experience with others as this is customer “no service”. Very disappointing.
