One of the four stools arrived damaged. Joss&Main would have replaced it immediately, but we weren’t happy with the color of the wood anyway, so we sent them back. Nice stools if the wood color works for you. Easy return. Great customer service!

Great quality and was just what I was looking for. Did have to return as ordered wrong size and return process was so easy.

After NINE weeks of back and forth to resolve a manufacturer's defect to one of the four stools we purchased, Joss & Main customer service came through with the delivery of a replacement stool. Efforts to repair a broken rung were pointless and time was wasted scheduling and rescheduling repair service appointments. Technically the window of time to resolve the issue had expired but again Joss & Main recognized my frustration and resolution efforts over the nine weeks, and now I am a happy camper! Case closed.

This counter stool was very cheaply made. I was able to see the staples in the cushion. I returned right away.

These stools arrived full assembled!!! They have a very low profile back so they fit nicely under my counter. With that there’s not much back support for extended sitting. I love how they soften and compliment my kitchen space.
