The bench is fine -- unfortunately the Fedex left it on perpendicular at the end of a long driveway leaning up against the gate to our driveway in the middle of a snowstorm. No reason they couldnt make it up to house like UPS and US Mail does every day when we have the delivery. The box was torn and the merchandise was damp when I opened the box. As such I am returning it to Joss & Main for a full refund and will not be paying for return shipping. Please get reimbursed from Fed Ex. Regards, Jim B
