Not sure where to start to be honest. Was excited about this purchase due to all the amazing reviews, unfortunately our experience was less than ideal. Our packaging arrived damaged/opened. After removing everything from the packaging we received a bed with missing parts and incomplete/incorrect assembly instructions. Currently working with Joss & Main support to resolve this matter. The first person I spoke to was extremely helpful and understood our frustrations so I look forward to updating this review with how this is resolved.

This bed looks gorgeous in our master bedroom. After sleeping in it for a little over a year it has loosened some, but we feel like with a little tightening it will be back to almost perfect. Would highly recommend this purchase for the price.
