Salvatore Solid Wood Storage Cabinet

This product came to me damaged. I was offered a 20% refund and asked for more, that was denied. I then asked for a full replacement at no charge and instead of processing directly, I was referred to the manufacturer. Don’t bother buying this because if it comes damaged, this is what you have to go through. Given how expensive this piece is, I look at it as an investment. And it came to me damaged. Is this a bad investment? The pictures show the damaged side versus the undamaged side.

Beautiful wood and rattan. Well-built. Solid wood. We are using it as a liquor cabinet. We love it!

Beautiful. Taller than expected but it is perfect

I don’t know if you really want a review. Considering your lousy return policy and the poor delivery service why should I bother with a review. The cabinet is great for storage but it has very flimsy doors and some of the cane inserts are spilt. A couple of nicks here and there. One cabinet door is dropped down so you can see the magnetic closure. Hopefully my husband can fix it. As I said great storage but poor construction. What will you do about that? Never mind . I know. Nothing!

For the price it is very, very poorly finished. Obvious that the black finish was spray painted on as it is all over the woven doors, discoloring them very noticeably. I can not even think of using it in my house along side my other expensive and beautiful pieces of furniture. It will go in the trash. A child could have done a better job. To big to try to return. Very disappointed. Very. I would give it ZERO STARS if possible.
