Rossie Swivel Office Chair

Chair is great! I'm a 70-plus year old woman and I was able to put it together all by myself. Joss & Main's speedy delivery was also a plus

Well built, firm, supportive cushion. Assembly was very confusing and the directions are not clear though.

Overall a good chair for the money. Small nick on the metal on one of the chrome legs. Not bad enough to return but still should NOT have been there. Nice design and seems well made. Assembly was straight forward but the instructions are deplorable. The listed parts are incorrect (Wrong parts list bit correct parts included) and the drawing is extremely bad. Frankly, for this alone this chair deserves 1-star. However, it does seem like a decent product that appears reasonably well-built. If a company cannot pay enough attention to detail to spend the time to write good assembly instructions it causes me to question the overall quality of the chair (which does seem fine) So, overall: a 1-star for instructions and a 3.5-star for the chair (nick in chrome) yields a 3-star rating.

Once you put it together, it looks good. It's more painful to assemble than advertised, however. The instructions were poorly drawn, the threads in the holes weren't easy for the screws to catch, and the hole alignments were just slightly off. For the price, it's a fine chair for a home office desk that isn't abused the way commercial desk chairs are -- once you jam it all together...so long as it lasts.

Solid chair, harder to put together than expected. The chair is height adjustable but doesn't adjust in any other way. We are using in a conference room.
