Roanne 55'' Solid Wood Console Table

Both legs are broken and the table is useless. The manufacturer intends to ship 2 new legs. I’m hoping this will solve the issue.

The design is exactly what I wanted, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. My first console table arrived damaged; the replacement was also damaged in transit. The legs are 50+ lbs and the packaging simply doesn’t protect them. After two failed deliveries and multiple emails, I’m now being asked to find and pay for oversized boxes to return broken parts before a refund is issued. That puts the cost and time burden on the customer for a problem caused by inadequate packaging. I’ve spent hours dealing with this—photographs, emails, and trying to source boxes that will even fit the pieces. At this point, I’m left with damaged merchandise in my home and a refund that’s contingent on me solving the packaging issue. The product looks great in photos, but the shipping and return process completely undermine it. Until the packaging is upgraded and returns are handled more fairly (e.g., returnless refund for repeat damage or providing packaging/pickup support), I can’t recommend this item.

Good quality table. Looks medern and chic. Easy to put together.

We love this table. It’s heavy and well made. Solid wood. Just mount the x2 legs to the top and you’re good to go. Really enjoying this table and expect it to last for years to come!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The table came in destroyed during shipping and they offered to replace the console table but it was going to be SEVEN months to get the replacement. I requested to get a refund instead and it has been over a month with no refund. I’ve been told multiple times now to “wait” it out and then reach back. It seems highly unlikely it will take a month for bank processing on a refund. Only solution I get from customer service is to wait. I will never spend any money here ever again and I suggest you do the same.
