Nice chair. The seat is fairly firm (as a new chair should be), the arms are pretty comfortable, the fabric is a nice texture. Also the color (both the upholstery [I got gray] and the wood) is pretty close to what is shown on the web site. The included pillow is also pretty firm, we'll have to see how it holds up over time. This works nicely with my mid-century modern living room, it would also go well with Scandinavian or modern styles. Overall a solid product. I would order it again, maybe in the oat color.
