I'm thrilled with my purchase. The color of the sofa is accurate to the photos and the upholstery is very nice. I think the cushions are on the softer side of "medium firm," which I love. Note: the chaise cushions are slightly firmer than the others. Lastly, the sofa was well-packed and easy to assemble (just needed to attach the legs!).
