I love the chairs, but one of them had a crack through the entire back of the chair. I reported to Joss & Main, who put me in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer gave me the option of a 25% discount as I bought four chairs or return the damaged chair for a replacement. I chose the replacement because what am I gonna do with a broken chair. They then turned the Case over to Wayfair,, but I have not heard anything since.

Exactly as expected—the photos are accurate and true to the product. The chairs feel sturdy and are great quality for the price. The cushions are a bit firm and not as soft as I anticipated, but overall, they meet my expectations.

The chair is beautiful and quite comfortable, but unfortunately, the overall quality is disappointing. The leather looks and feels cheap — Im not even sure its real leather. Each chair arrived with a large sticker that was difficult to remove without damaging the surface. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The price is affordable, but the materials reflect that. Im returning the chairs because I dont believe theyll last more than a year with regular use.
