item arrives fully assembled. however, my item arrived damaged. Both shelves unattached and scratched up. All 8 screws loose and in the box, both shelves unattached and all 8 screw holes stripped. Terrible shipping/packing method AND to top it off customer service is giving me a run around on my piece despite the photographic proof sent upon delivery!

Unfortunately the bar cart arrived damaged with scratches on the brass, crack in the oak wood trays, separating on the wall of the tray, misaligned screws. The brass was also not shiny or polished as shone in the photos.
