Maybe it’s a used chair? Quality of the product does not fit the $360 price tag. Custumer service quickly changed out the chairs without questions. When they come and are in great shape I will give them a five star review for handling this problem

Love the chairs! Took a while to arrive but they made it. Only issue was a couple of the plastic feet came off before we pulled out of the box that will need to be repaired but they match and look great

Beautiful chairs! I was nervous based on some reviews... plus they're pricey, but no regrets! They are deep, but not too deep. Our tall friends tried them out, and said they are comfortable. I am 5'5" and my feet don't fully touch the ground. The padding is very cushy... hoping they last. Weight is perfect, not too heavy to move, but not flimsy either.
