Nice chair but too short of back.

love these dining chairs! I have been searching for the perfect beige chair with dark wood legs and finally found these. I love that there are matching arm chairs and side chairs.

This review isn't about the chairs themselves—they are beautiful and I am very pleased with them. Instead, it's about disappointing customer service and a refusal by Wayfair/Joss & Main to honor a sale price and/or promo code. I ordered the Meria Upholstered Parsons Chair in Beige in March. Initially, I was told they would be delivered at the end of August, but I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived in July. I assembled them, and they look lovely in my home. However, since their delivery, the chairs have gone on sale for $150 less than what I paid. When I contacted Wayfair about a possible refund or credit, I was told that no adjustments would be made. Although disappointed, I accepted their response. Today, I received an email with a promo code offering a 15% discount. I initially ignored it, assuming it wouldn't apply to the already discounted chairs. However, when I added the chairs to the shopping cart and entered the promo code, it deducted 15% off the sale price, effectively reducing the cost of the four chairs by $300 compared to what I paid. When I reached out to Wayfair again, they informed me that to receive the discount, I would need to disassemble the chairs, repackage them, and ship them back—an impractical solution considering the time and effort I invested in assembling them. Most reputable businesses would offer some form of discount or credit in such situations. I would have been satisfied with $100. Unfortunately, this experience has left me unwilling to purchase from Wayfair or Joss & Main in the future.

Great looking, well made furniture that works perfectly in our space! Highly recommend! Delivery was also seamless, couldn’t be happier!

Great chairs! Very happy although it did take a long time to put all 8 together. Some of the bolts were a little challenging to line up.
