Better than expected!! This color is beautiful- almost a velvety look. I’m loving the 360 degree swivel. No sounds and smooth rolling. Easily stays in place where you stop. Very firm but still comfortable. I love The shape of the arms and back. It sits at or just below my shoulders (I’m 5’5”). 100 recommendations for this chair!
