Didn't deliver on time until I had to follow up. Once it arrived it had the wrong unit number even thought the invoice had the correct unit number. Finally brought up the 97lb box to find not only are the legs bent like some of the other reviews have mentioned, it was missing one leg entirely! This comes preassembled and legs are soldered on so it's not like it was hanging around in the box, it was just completely gone. What kind of quality control let's that get packed to begin with? Not to mention it wasn't that well padded anyway so I can see why the legs get all bent upon delivery. Contacted customer service and the saving grace was their live chat was quick to refund me. Apparently the supplier is supposed to contact me directly to pick up this giant box living in my NYC apartment but it's been several days now and still no word of when it will be picked up. Highly do not recommend you buy this, considering the price you can get many dressers in that price range.

Arrived broke but company made things right with a refund. Drawers wouldn’t stay closed but unsure if due to damage or design.

This is also a nice product however the base was completely destroyed on shipping on this one.

I wanted to love this dresser so much. It is quite beautiful in person however it did not meet the mark on quality. The first dresser arrived and it had one leg broken and two of the three drawers would not close properly or at all. A replacement was sent in hopes that this was just a fluke, however the second came and it too had two broken legs and one malfunctioning drawer. For the price I expected better quality. I am sad because I really liked these and have searched and searched for a long time for the perfect piece.

I ordered two of these, they both came damaged. But I love the style and simplicity of the piece.
