Josie 5 - Drawer Dresser

Didn't deliver on time until I had to follow up. Once it arrived it had the wrong unit number even thought the invoice had the correct unit number. Finally brought up the 97lb box to find not only are the legs bent like some of the other reviews have mentioned, it was missing one leg entirely! This comes preassembled and legs are soldered on so it's not like it was hanging around in the box, it was just completely gone. What kind of quality control let's that get packed to begin with? Not to mention it wasn't that well padded anyway so I can see why the legs get all bent upon delivery. Contacted customer service and the saving grace was their live chat was quick to refund me. Apparently the supplier is supposed to contact me directly to pick up this giant box living in my NYC apartment but it's been several days now and still no word of when it will be picked up. Highly do not recommend you buy this, considering the price you can get many dressers in that price range.

Arrived broke but company made things right with a refund. Drawers wouldn’t stay closed but unsure if due to damage or design.

This is also a nice product however the base was completely destroyed on shipping on this one.

Couldn’t get to my house undamaged. After 2 chests I gave up.

Perfect dresser for our guest bedroom. It's well made, came completely assembled and was delivered in almost perfect condition -- the front metal leg was bent in which doesn't effect it's stability, but you do notice it. Joss and Main generously gave a discount to compensate for the damage rather than having to go through a return, which would have been difficult for such a heavy piece of furniture!
