The product itself may warrant an extra star or two, however the ridiculously bad and inadequate Assembly Instructions are rated 0 (zero) stars, so it averages out to two stars overall. Typically online China built furniture has a pretty bad reputation for Assembly Instructions; Joss & Main are worse than pretty bad. It is advertised that this headboard and frame is a, Women Owned business - and the product is Made in America, somewhere in Indiana?
