Went with the Lena Sand fabric & it looks great. In the couch position it is very comfy and looks high qualityl. The 67' couch contains a full size mattress. It is thin, but seems to be made of a high quality tempurpedic-like material, so it looks like it will hold up well and is very comfortable. My one issue with it so far is that when the mattress is pulled it, it sags in the middle a bit due to lack of support. Probably inevitable for a pull-out couch since you cant have a real bed frame. I'm planning to stack some pillow underneath the middle of the bed to try to even it out whenever I have guests sleep on it.
