They arrived within days of ordering, were packaged very well, and simply needed to be taken out of the box and placed in the room. The swivel feature is especially nice and makes conversation so easy. The fabric is a beautiful creamy off-white, and I’m hopeful that the performance fabric will live up to its promise of being resistant to stains and spills. Only time will tell on that! I was surprised by the quality of this chair for the price. Good value. My only disappointment was the overall height. I have 12' ceilings in the room and when I first placed the chairs, I was tempted to return them as they appeared like miniatures. Fortunately I overcame this by adding a tall plant placed between the chairs and placing them on a small throw rug creating a conversation area.
