Fully assembled, high quality materials and nice weight. I purchased this for a small half bath to sit next to a small, wall-mounted floating sink. It’s perfect. Tall enough to set products on (higher than most end tables) so I don’t have to lean down, low enough it doesn’t block the hanging hand towel or bump into sink and the diameter is small enough to squeeze in the corner.
