Very disappointed with the delivery on our TV stand. Delivery guys weren't going to give me the 30-45 minutes lead time before delivery when I was 25 minutes away, and asked if they could just drop it off in the driveway. Very rude and unprofessional. Damaged a wall on our stairway landing in our new house while taking it down the stairs to the basement. They did take pictures, but I haven't heard anything from the company yet. Also, the doors were out of alignment which I had to fix myself. First purchase from Joss & Main, and more than likely our last. We were looking at purchasing more items for our new house. Adding a photo since I hadn't heard anything back, so please respond with a resolution.

The center seems to be really well built. It’s very sturdy and functions very well. It does seem a bit darker in person than the photos reflect but we love it. We currently have a 70” tv mounted on the wall above it and the tv might seem a hair too big for the console. We are going to be downsizing to a 65” tv anyway so very happy with everything.
